Welcome. You are contacting the Travelmall Australia and New Zealand, a Central Reservation Office. We have a team of experienced travel consultants - experts on hotels, tours, rail, car and cruises within Australia and New Zealand.

Our success has resulted in approximately 1,000 enquiries a day. We aim to answer all within 24 hours but please help us to help you as follows:

1. Please read our FAQs.
2. Hotel Bookings within three days. We have 1700 hotels in Australia and New Zealand offering instant confirmations and availability (direct with hotels) on Travelmall Direct.
3. For hotel bookings outside three days you can book special contract rates via our Central Reservation Office.

We regret we cannot respond to individual hotel availability queries. Please make a booking using hotel booking form, a consultant will respond immediately received (Mon -Fri 9am-5.30pm Sydney +10GMT). If the hotel is unavailable we will, of course, not charge your card. An alternative will be offered.
