Nugget Point Resort
Nugget Point is located in one of the most spectacular settings in the Queenstown region. It commands breathtaking views of the gold rich Shotover River some 400 feet below and of the mountains that rise majestically on all sides of its secluded, peaceful valley just five miles from Queenstown. The facilities provided allow for year round enjoyment, with summer recreational activities and magnificent sightseeing of lakes, mountains and rivers, to the majestic winter grandeur of snow clad peaks and ski runs for winter sports.
Room Types:
Double Apartment - Contains one bedroom, bathroom with shower, separate lounge area, and kitchenette facilities. You can have your room facing either the river or the garden.
Family Apartment - There are six Family Apartments, each with two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The first bedroom contains a queen bed; the second has four single bunk beds. One of the bathrooms has a bath tub and the other a shower. These apartments are very spacious
with a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, full size fridge/ freezer, wall oven and microwave), washing machine, and dryer, a large living area and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom and the lounge both look over the Shotover River and have their own balconies.
Executive Suite - They have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom contains a queen and the second bedroom which is internal within the apartment has a king bed that can be split to form 2 single beds. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and the second bathroom has a spa bath. These apartments are very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, full size fridge/ freezer, wall oven and microwave), washing machine, and dryer, a large living area. The master bedroom and the lounge both look over the Shotover River and have their own balconies.
