The architecture is both traditional and modern north Queensland colonial with the extensive use of timber in the entrance foyer/reception, balustrades, walkways and pool surrounds.

Built on two levels the building blends in with the major Coconut Palms and Melaleuca (Gum) trees that were retained and the many varieties of Palms and tropical plants that were introduced for both colour and variety and attracting many species of native birds.

Being one of the most centrally located properties in Port but without the noise, a five minute walk will take you to Four Mile Beach or the world class Marina Mirage with its shops and Restaurants and your departure point for a trip to the Great Barrier Reef, or to the hub of Port, Macrossan Street with its tree-lined footpaths, where you will find an enormous variety of restaurants, street-side cafes, boutiques, art & craft galleries and gift shops.

There are a total of 36 self contained Studio Units on two levels, ideal for couples or with an infant:
